This is my final project. A project that takes as a reference the androgynous being. Interpreted, not as a purely physical concept (as Plato suggested in the Myth of the Androgynous), but as a psycho-socical concept . The androgynous treated as a genre, a third type which adopts both female and male rols... is it possible that this genre exists outside the theoretical world ?

 

Through the reading of gender studies, the analysis of the androgynous works of Duchamp and an exhaustive fieldwork; was concluded that the so called " androgynous gender " is a reality and was developed a spring / summer woman collection in which the typical male and female fabrics and forms dialogue between them, creating a collection androgynous itself .

The editorial was published in Mohemagazine and

the collection was showed in the third edition of "Calella està de moda"'s catwalk.
